Paul J. Giacosa Jr.

Paul J. Giacosa, Jr. Longtime Martinez Resident Paul Giacosa, who lived most of his life in Martinez, passed away April 26, 2011 at the age of 83. Within the past few years, Paul had moved to Sonora, CA to be nearer to his family. Paul was active in Lion's Club and with the Senior Center in Martinez. He served in the Army during the Korean War and also served in the Merchant Marines. Paul was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Joan. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Michael and Celeste Giacosa; grandson Aaron Giacosa; granddaughter Megan and her husband Jeremy Wallace; and great-granddaughter Makena Wallace.
