I remember Will from working with him during 1950 - 1951 while in the Navy, stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. Very sorry to hear of his passing, he was a good man and a good friend.

I meet Will on Jan.9th, 1971 in Martinez.
I was a Junior @ UOP in Stockton and lived in Lafayette.I had the month of January to do a Independent Study. My Independent Study involved "The Judiciary in Action". My paper was titled "The Role of the Jury and the methods of Selecting Juries". In the paper I describe my personal interview with Will; He was very Informative and Helpful to me. I could tell he loved his job. I write about what Will told me in my paper; besides being Very Helpful and Informative; I can say Will was a Very Nice Man to me; and of all the people I interviewed Will was the Most Informative & Helpful. Rest in Peace.

Although I hadn't seen Will in many years, reading this notice brought back memories of working with him in the Martinez Court House. He was one of my favorite people. My condolences to the family.
