Cami Cripe, 40, of Goshen, passed away surrounded by family at Goshen Hospital on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, after a short illness.
She was born on July 6, 1982, in Goshen, Indiana, to Randy and Beth Cripe.
She is survived by her parents, her brother, Drew Cripe, Decatur, Illinois, her grandparents, Harold and Sherry Cripe, Goshen as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins, and special friend, Jason Hall. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Olan and Joanne Penland and an uncle, Dennis Zielke.
Cami grew up in Goshen and graduated from Goshen High School in 2000. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, in 2004 and a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, in 2006.
Cami worked for 17 years as a Speech Language Pathologist at Prairie View Elementary School in Goshen. She cherished the precious children she was privileged to help throughout her career. Her beautiful smile and outgoing manner will be missed by all who know her.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 24 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Goshen First Church, 214 S. Fifth Street, Goshen, IN. A gravesite service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Joe's Kids, a non-profit organization providing therapies for young children located in Warsaw, IN (902 Provident Drive, Suite C, Warsaw, IN 46580).
