Elizabeth Herzberg Obituary
Elizabeth, a seamstress, was born Feb. 29, 1928, in Wentzville, the daughter of William Kammeier and wife Emma E., nee Bornhop. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wentzville. Elizabeth also was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary for over 60 years. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Elizabeth was dearly loved and will be sadly missed.
She is survived by her son, Dale Herzberg, Foristell; three grandchildren, Janet (Barry) Callahan, John Herzberg and Michael Herzberg; and two great-grandchildren, Alexander Callahan and Bethany Callahan.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Herzberg; parents, William and Emma E. Kammeier; and two brothers, Carl and Raymond Kammeier.
Visitation was held Friday, March 17, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville.
A funeral service was held Saturday, March 18, at 10 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wentzville.
Interment followed at South Linn Lutheran Cemetery, Wentzville.
Memorial contributions may be made payable to the American Cancer Society, in care of Pitman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 248, Wentzville, MO 63385.
The family was served by Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville.

I am just now finding out about her passing, I will miss waving to her and seeing her attending to her yard, she was just a wonderful lady, glad I had the pleasure of knowing her. My sincere Condolences to the family on Elizabeth's passing, I am truly saddened. God Bless!
