Art and I grew up in the same neighborhood around 18th and French Street and went to school together from 5th grade (when I moved there) through graduation.
We were always good friends. He was a truly fine and honorable man. We will miss his presence in our lives. May God hold you close, Art.

Artie was a good friend of my parents and also Godfather to my sister. I will always remember his holiday visits to our home and his wonderful smile. May God comfort and bring peace to Artie's family and friends.
