Kelsey family,
My prayers and thoughts are with all of you. Your dad visited me at City Hall and kept me up on the whole family. He was just in and told me how Dudley was flying home to "watch" him while the girls were off to the Ellen show. He loved you all so much and was proud of all of you. My sympathies on your loss. He will live on in all of you and your children.

I was so sad to hear of Mr. Kelseys passing, I was flooded with lots of wonderful memories of him, his family and of course Kelsey Industrial Supplies (Jim, Norm, Kathy & Paul). I was so blessed to work for this wonderful man, who in the 5 years I worked there never once treated me as an employee, but as a daughter. Which included yelling at me when I needed it!!!!Thank you Mr. Kelsey and may you rest in peace.

To all the Kelsey's

I just learned of Mr. Kelsey's passing today and I was in the neighborhood so I drove some of my family past Norman Way and we then made our way up to Beech St. to show them one of my favorite home away from homes!! I told them of the wonderful memories I shared with the Kelsey Family and espescially Fred. I knew then and I know now - he secretely liked having a million kids running around the pool all the time!! As the years go by and his grandkids grow - a little bit of Fred lives in them and all of us - or at least we can hope. He was a class act all the way and hope all of you will learn what I learned in November when I lost my Mom - nothing will ever replace her (him) - but I thank God every day for the incredible memories and the amazing life they have given us. Mrs. Kelsey, Jane, Emily, Sue, Peggy and Dud - please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers in this difficult time and special thanks to all of you for the great memories growing up.

To all of the Kelsey's,
I am truly sorry for your loss. He treated me like I was a son of his rather than a distant cousin. That was a true gift! Of course, that also gave him free reign to give me a hard time!
(In fun of course). I do treasure the relationship we had. He gave me a call not too long ago and we had a nice talk. I will truly miss him. Brian Shickler

Dear Kelsey family,
You are in our thoughts and prayers. Mr. Kelsey was a good man -- he commanded the same kind of respect our Dad did, and we are all better people because of men like Fred Kelsey and Tom Nolan! Your Dad also had a special twinkle in his eye and I often thought he was laughing inside when he was trying to be very stern! Take care, all of you:) Special love to your Mom. Much love, Kate Nolan Clemens and family.

Dear Peggy, Jane, Emily, Susan, Peggy and Dudley,

We want to offer our sincere sympathy at this difficult time. Your Husband and Dad will always be remembered as a distinguished man with great integrity and loving devotion to his family, especially to you, Peggy. His values were taught to his children at an early age and live on thru his adult children and grandchildren now. We will always remember him as a man who "always set the bar high" and wouldn't settle for less than that. May he rest in peace as he enjoys his eternal reward. He has already touched the face of Jesus. With Love, Anne and Tony and family
