Georgia Knight Obituary

Georgia Mae Knight, age 74, of Erie passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2013, at Presque Isle Nursing Home. She was born on May 23, 1938 in Mount Olive, Mississippi daughter of the late George and Lillie Mae Luca. Georgia Mae was a graduate of Academy High School and was a long time employee of Mother Kennedy at the Community of Caring since 1983. She was preceded in death by a brother, George Lucas, Jr. in 2008. Survivors include her son, Ronald C. Ellis, of Erie, Pa. and a grandson, Dominique Ellis, of Palo Alto, Calif. Georgia Mae Rest in Peace. You were always giving of yourself so that others had life. It was was a pleasure to work with you during my tenure with the Community of Caring and an honor to have known you. Soar now with the angels. Well done good and faithful servant...enter into your rest.
