Jordan Taylor Obituary
Hanover
Jordan M. Taylor, 27, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at home. Born December 14, 1988 in Hanover, he was the son of Brian E. and Connie M. (Shaffer) Taylor of Hanover.
Jordan attended South Western High School. He loved golfing and bowled in the Monday night bowling league at Hanover Bowling Center. Jordan was also an avid New York sports fan including the Jets, Knicks and Yankees.
In addition to his parents, his survivors include his daughter, Aubrey Taylor; his brother, Justin and girlfriend Meg Garbarino of Hanover; his paternal grandparents, Jack and Loretta Taylor of Hanover; and his maternal grandmother, Janice Shaffer of Glen Rock. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Irvin Shaffer.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Jordan Taylor will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday evening at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, PA with Pastor Jerry Shoap officiating. A time to share memories and to express condolences to the family will be on Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be private in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover.
For those desiring, contributions in memory of Jordan Taylor may be made to the Salvation Army, 50 E. King St., York, PA 17401.
