I had the pleasure of working with Ryan at MSSC for all the years he worked there. He was so much fun! On bad days where everything seemed to go wrong, Ryan found a way to make me laugh and relieve some of the stress that goes along with working in the automotive industry. It was simply impossible to know Ryan and not love him. He was a joy to work with; but more than that, Ryan was an awesome person that I had the privilege to get to know. You are missed, Ryan!

To my dear friend Ryan, you was truly a blessing in my life as well as many others, its hard to comprehend that I won't be receiving anymore of your silly long distance calls anymore. I will always cherish the laughs we had at work and the many nights we spent together after work. Love you buddy!

Ryan was a good man all around. We were never the best of friends but we were always friends. He and I did a lot of different things getting in trouble and having fun. He was one that like to make people happy and laugh. My deepest regards go out to his family.

Ryan was loved by his co-workers at Meritor in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. He kept us laughing every day, all day. There was never a dull moment when Ryan was around. He was a great person that was taken much too soon. I, as well as all that knew him at Meritor, will miss Ryan terribly. Prayers and condolences to the family. Rachel Powers

The things that I would miss the most is Ryan's smile and laughter. Ryan always knew what say and when to say it. He always joked all the time. He was fun to be around. I will always remember the crazy/fun times we had when he came back from Korea, and all the endless phone conversation we had up to his last days. I will truly miss you Ryan Akin you are certainly a special person to me....Adele
