Terry Piner Obituary
Hope Mills—Beloved son, father and friend Terry Piner, 63, of Hope Mills, NC, passed away at his home on April 17, 2021 in Fayetteville, NC. He was born January 7hh, 1958 in Cumberland County to the late Andrew Jesse Piner and Margorie Nell Gennings of Fayetteville.
Terry is survived by his mother, Margorie; his brother, Larry Dean Piner and wife Linda of Parkton; two stepsons, Andrew Bullard and wife of Nashville, TN, and Joseph Bullard and wife of Fayetteville. Terry also leaves behind four grandchildren, Deandre, Nevaeh, Olivia, and Lucas.
Terry was a proud US Navy veteran. He was currently employed with Harris Teeter, where he loved his job, especially working with people. He was always quick to tell a joke or make you smile, and truly never met a stranger.
A visitation to help celebrate his life will be held at Rogers & Breece Funeral Home on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. A graveside service will follow at 11 AM at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery with military honors. Rev. Robbie Byrd will preside over the service.
