She was born in Fitchburg on March 19, 1943, the daughter of Albert and Eva M. (Locke) Gallien, and was a lifelong resident.
She attended local schools, loved shopping and playing bingo.
Her grandchildren were a special love of hers.
Besides her father of Fitchburg, she leaves her son, Steven A. Gallien and his wife, Diane Gallien, of Ashburnham; two sisters, Barbara Lindamood and Jean Brown, both of Fitchburg; a grandson, Cameron J. Gallien and a granddaughter, Samantha M. Gallien, both of Ashburnham; one nephew and several nieces. Her sister, Norma Egge, died in 2004.
SENEY -- On May 7, Alberta G. (Gallien) Seney, 62, of Fitchburg. A funeral service will be held Friday, May 13, at 1 p.m. in Bosk Funeral Home, 85 Blossom St. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster. Calling hours are Thursday, May 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. Contributions in her name may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress St., 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02110.
