Sandra Compton

Compton, Sandra formerly of Durand Age 66, died February 28, 2015. Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the COPD Foundation. Sandra was born October 20, 1948 in Northville, the daughter of Beverly Bernheisel , Clyde (Emma) Simpson. Sandra loved to crochet and her grandchildren. She was married to Edwin Compton on December 17, 1977; he preceded her in death on October 22, 2003. Surviving are: daughter, Tammy (Woody) Lowe; son, Ron (Kari) Kammerer; sisters, Debbi Kinnee, Shirley; brothers, Danny, Steve, Bobby Bernheisel, Russ, Dennis, Danny, Douglas Simpson; grandchildren, Alaina and Wes, Kaci and Brandon, Tori, Cody, also Shantera, Kristin, Adriane, Autsin, Kalee and Lakyn; great-grandchildren, Zoe and Jayden; many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
