The term father-in-law doesn't quite describe our relationship. It was certainly much more. You were always there for me, accepting me and loving me as your own son. I hope that I was able to show you the same respect in return.

I am grateful that you were such a huge part of my life and always felt lucky to be part of your family.

For your influence, I will be forever grateful. You will not be forgotten and will live forever in my heart as Dad.

Your loving son,

Bill
