I worked with Pat at L.S. Ayres. He was always a great deal of fun, you knew if his name was on the staff listing for the evening, that the time would fly!

I always found Pat to be both gracious and kind. Not only that, but the men in my life always liked the ties he selected for Christmas gifts.

Pat was one of a kind, and heaven is a better place for having him there.

Will miss you, my friend.

Uncle Pat was an exceptional person. Just before I started high school, he took me to New York as a gift. What a wonderful experience that was! As a child he showed me the excitement of reading, and always encouraged me to do so. He also had taken me to my first adult move, "Gone With The Wind". What a treat that was! Thru the years if Uncle Pat could help us out with anything in our lives, he would. He always took an interest in in his nieces and nephews, and we all loved him for that.

I will miss him and never forget that smiling face! You're the best!!

Love always!!

I have such fond memories of times spent with Pat on my visits "home" and even the times he traveled to Wisconsin with Bob to visit me. Pat was always the life of the party and tried to keep everybody's spirits up. He was a real friend and I will miss him very much. My trips to Ft. Wayne won't be the same without seeing him. My sympathy to Billy, his family and his dear friends, of which there are many!

Pat took me to my very first touring broadway play at the Scottish Rite Theater to see Oliver in 1964. He also helped me set up my accounting books for my company in 1980. That was Pat! Always there for anyone who needed a helping hand. We really bonded when Chittie (Billy) had his last heart attack 7-2002. Seems we were in ER every other week... Pat was there for Chits! And Chittie was there for Pat. Life without you will never be the same. You will always be in my heart, Pat. I love you and miss you! Bev.

Met Pat years ago at Bob Steinke's My first thought was "I'll bet they're having a heck of a party up there to welcome Pat." Its a shame all of the interesting people I met through Bob are gone now. But not forgotten.

Patrick talked about Italy. He talked about food & wine. He spoke about how wonderful his family is. He told me to ask Billy what the beautiful flowers in his room are called. He trusted enough to share but through his final moments he was very generous to have taken the time out to know me, too. He was very special and I feel very blessed to have encountered his person.
