Just remembered the time I tried to learn how to water ski at Grandma's cottage. They gave me the signal to go in and swung the boat in front the cottage. But because I didn't have on my glasses on I couldn't see their signals. Finally after several circles the all yelled "GO IN!!!"

Harold, Lindsey and Logan,
Words cannot express how sorry I was to hear about Roberta's passing...Mike and I still find it hard to believe.
We have shared years of wonderful times together ..in Indiana and down here in Paradise....we are thankful for those times.
Too soon my friend, too soon.
Sending love and deepest sympathy to you all.

We were best friends for many years growing up in our small Elmhurst neighborhood. We spent many hours riding Tony and shoveling his manure. When he got lonely he would open the gate and come to my house to eat grass. Then there were the dances at school and Cold Springs. Often we would buy material and patterns in the afternoon and wear our new outfits that night. Many sleep overs and slumber parties. Mrs. Bell was our Girl Scout leader and my second mother. Grandma Rosie was the grandmother I didn't have. Roberta managed to get me in trouble a few times. We always had lots of fun. Condolences to her family.

My sincere condolences to you, Harold and Paul. I have many fond memories of Roberta as a teenager at Lake Hamilton. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
