I am reminded that a good life is not measured in the amount of years we live out but in the legacy of how we lived during the amount of time we are given. Jeremy lived large. He led, served and loved large. No matter who you were or how you knew him he treated you special. People like Jeremy are remembered not only for what they did but in how they helped others be better for having known them. Jeremy - your line will shine. You will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

Jeremy, although I never met you, it felt as though I knew you because of how much your mother talked about you, Hunter, and Carliegh. She always had a story to share that involved the three of you. I can only imagine how broken her heart is. You were and still are a blessing to her and will truly be missed.
Connie, from my family to yours, my deepest condolences. You are the matriarch of our DOE family and it hurts to see you hurt. Please continue to be strong and lain solely on your family, friends, and your faith during this time. Love you always.

Jeremy was a great father to his children and a loving son. The great stories that his mother shared was always enlightening. You can tell that he was a family man who worked hard and supported his children. He will be missed. Let us continue to be an asset to each other as we go through life challenges. Be strengthened

Diana and I remember Jeremy very well (Bill and Connie, of course, as well) due to all the years of little league with our sons, Jeff and Brad, as well as our nephew, Richie and American Legion Post 171 baseball with Richie and Brad. To the family we are so sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Magers family during this very sad time.

Growing up Jeremy was my cool older cousin. He had the best toys, listened to music I had never heard and was just fun to be around. We would play video games, ride 3 & 4 wheelers through the woods, listen to Duran Duran, look at his baseball cards or just laugh. As we got older and went to college Jeremy was a short distance away from my college and I was able to go watch him play. He was so fun to watch. Missing teeth and all. The years have passed and we got busy with our own families but I always loved following and seeing what he and his family were up to. The guy gave his whole heart to his family and friends and had such a positive impact in all the lives he touched. Heaven gained one of the best and my heart hurts for his amazing kids, parents, family and friends. Although he is not physically here I know that his legacy will last for lifetimes to come. Thanks for being my cooler older cousin Jeremy. I'm thankful for the memories. Rest in peace!

To the Magers family. There are no words to describe the crushing pain and relentless sorrow which has been thrust upon you. I only knew Jeremy as that gregarious little boy, but what a life well lived! Someone who has left an indelible mark on countless lives shall never be forgotten. Connie and Bill, as we were all friends while in high school, so were my daughter and nephews with Jeremy. I have fond memories of all of them that hanging out together. Jeremy was truly a fine young man who accomplished many wonderful things. He made many friends in his short life and will be terribly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, his fiancee and children, and the extended family. RIP Jeremy
