JACK KOJIGIAN

March 20, 1944 - October 21, 2023

Fresno, California - Jack Ray Kojigian was born in Fresno, California on March 20, 1944. He unexpectedly passed away on October 21, 2023 at the age of 79.

He was a lifelong resident of Fresno and a graduate of McLane High School. After serving in the U.S. Army, Jack returned to Fresno and established his business, JK Furniture. He married Tamera Lubenko and they raised three children.

He had many hobbies. He loved golf and was a member of Fort Washington Country Club where he had three holes-in-one. He loved riding motorcycles and rode all over the United States. He also enjoyed playing cards, backgammon and smoking cigars.

He was well liked, loved by many and had many friends.

Jack is preceded in death by his beloved wife Tamera; his parents Haig and Lucille Kojigian.

He is survived by his son Vincent Kojigian and his wife Sandra; daughters Kim Kojigian, Mandy Guitron and her husband Ricardo; sister Judy Gibson; grandson Jake; granddaughters Sofia, Gianna and Lucia; nephew Troy Root; niece Trina Root-Johnson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Fort Washington Country Club, 10272 N. Millbrook Avenue in Fresno on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

Jack was a great human being and a friend for 40 years. He always came up to me at the grand piano at the Fort Washington Country Club and asked me how things were going. We would chat about horses and life. He will be missed! Grandpa Len
