I am always thinking about you grandpa. Life is really hard sometimes and you worked so hard. I often wish I had more of your constitution. Your life is inspiring to look back on. I miss and love you.

I extend my sincerest condolences and regards to Laverne, your daughters Kathy, Theresa, and Melinda, and families. Max was a good man. He will surely be missed.
Max Jr. was one of my dearest childhood friends who I keep in my heart to this day. Our family lived nearby on Lincoln, Max used to ride his motorcycle to my house after school. He was so sweet, and so funny! He had me rolling on the floor with laughter most of the time. My oldest son, also named Max, has his namesake. He just turned 21.
Laverne, my Dad mentioned that he misses not seeing you at your work. He said he may stop by one of these days to see how you are.
Again, I extend my deepest and sincerest sympathies to you for your loss. My family also extends their sympathies and regards.
Take care and God Bless, Michelle Badertscher
