William Terrell Obituary

William Terrell Jr., 62, passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2018, after a brief illness at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. He was born Feb. 11, 1956, to William V. & Dorothy Terrell in Gadsden. William was a 1974 graduate of Emma Sansom High School, where he played basketball under Coach George Baker. After graduating from Emma Sansom, he attended Gadsden State Jr. College and played basketball under Coach Cook. In 1976, William began his career at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and worked until he retired in 2010. He accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and recently rededicated his life to the Lord.
William was preceded in death by his parents, William V. & Dorothy Terrell.
He is survived by his loving & devoted wife, Jacqueline Terrell. Two sons: Julius (April) Terrell and Damon (Denika) Terrell. Daughter: Tammie Terrell. Five granddaughters: Jaila, India, Jaibriel, Jalyn & Chloe. Four brothers: Victor (Paulette) Terrell, Michael (Jennifer) Terrell, Larry Terrell & Brian Terrell. Sister: Rachel (Michael) Johnston.
Sisters-in-law: Brenda (James) Malone, Shirley Bland & Emily (Henry) Williams
Brothers-in-law: Lawrence (Angela) Gill, Michael (Victoria) Gill & Ravonne Williams.
