Junior Greely Obituary
He was born in Gaston County, and was preceded in death by his stepfather, Gary Blake.
Survivors include his father and step mother Junior Merle Greely and step mother Christine of Mount Holly, his mother Sarah Huffstetler Blake of Dal-las; a daughter Michael Shane Greely of Dallas, a daughter Natalie Annette Greely of Dallas, a sister Lean Russell and husband Jay of Dallas, a brother James Linwood Greely and wife Sharon of Dallas, a step sister Patricia Henderson and husband Tony of Lowell, a step brother Richard Greely and wife Marty of Mount Holly; three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews; grandparents, Linwood and Mary Huffstetler, Laura and Merle Greely and girlfriend, Cammie Carlin.
A memorial service conducted by Bishop Ruby Gittens will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday at North Gaston Church of God in Dallas.
The family will receive friends at the church following the service, and other times at the home of Ashley Parks, 508 North Oakland St., Dallas.
Memorials may be made to Lynnelle Dobbins, 5051 Dobbins Rd, Crouse NC 28033.
Woodlawn Funeral Home of Mount Holly is in charge of arrangements.

junior was a wonderful sweet brother and i will miss him with all my heart. god gave him to us for just a short while but he needed him back in heaven. i will love him forever and he gave me a gift that was one of two of his most treasured possesions and her name is natalie. i will NEVER forget you junior and i wont let you down.and michael i love you too and i am praying for comfort for you.

Jr., I knew you your entire life. You were always good natured and tender hearted. Nancy and I always looked forward to seeing you. We will all miss you very much. You left us with great memories. i am so sorry for your lose. i have known jr. for alot of years. i considered him part of my family. he has been throught so much with my family. my heart goes out to all his family members. michael you are really in my thoughts. jr. you were at alot of things my family had parties,graduations,babies being born,funerals. i will always remember how much you meant to my brother mickey,he thought of you as a son. i will keep your family in my prayers and thoughts. i know you will be up there with big ray and the rest of the of the people who loved you. you will alwalys be remembered as a part of my family too. god bless your kids and your family. Junior was a close childhood/teen years friend, I have and always will cherish the days of our competitive basketball and football games with all the neighborhood friends. My prayers and condolence to his children, Jimmy, and all of the family and friends.
