Justine was born Feb. 19, 1924, in Spartanburg, S.C.., to the late George and Freeman Foster.
Services have been entrusted by House of Rosadale Home of Funerals.
Services are as follows: VIEWING Friday, Feb. 16, 2018, 2 to 8 p.m. at House of Rosadale Home of Funerals, 220 S. Broad Street.
VISITATION Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, 2 to 2:30 p.m. at New High Springs Baptist Church, 811 S. Dalton Street. Funeral Service will follow at the church.
