Ophelia Walton Roher, 83, of 505 Ferry Road, Danville, Va., passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022 at her residence.

Born July 4, 1939 in Danville, Va., she was the daughter of the late Frank Walton and Geneva Walton Hairston. She was married to the late Hugh Lawrence Roher.

The family will receive friends at the residence, masks are required.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 11 a.m. from Greater Mt. Zion Temple at 3480 West Main Street, Danville, Va., with Bishop David K. Fuller, Eulogist. Interment will follow in the Callands Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be submitted to www.fisherandwatkinsfuneralhome.com
