Growing up on Timber Lane was wonderful, great neighbors, best friends and special memories. Some of my best memories were spending time with Sharon, Tom, Norb and Betty especially Up North crab fishing - Norb made the best crab tails. Being a close friend of Sharon's while growing up I spent a lot of time at the Sell house. Norb was always taking time to teach us stuff – gardening, building things, fishing, riding mini bikes, he had so many talents. Norb was a wonderful neighbor, father figure and friend. My thoughts are with the Sell family. Deepest Sympathy,

It was always good to see the gate down leading to the caboose. Norb was quick with a smile and handshake and offer of a beer. I will truly miss his friendship, stories and boiled dinner. Happy Hunting Old Friend.

I know the Lord above will welcome this hard working, smiling, giving man into his world. Time to take care of the Lords Garden and make that place even more beautiful. Norb; Rest in Peace, you will be missed by all the Welhouse kids.

A neighborhood could not ask for anyone better. If you needed a tool - Norb had it. If you needed help - Norb was there. Coming back to the neighborhood years after moving away - Norb always had a smile and a handshake for me. He will be missed, but we will always remember.....

Our thoughts are with you and your families. Norb has been such a wonderful friend and neighbor to all. It will be strange not seeing him working on his garden. Rest in Peace Norb.

Tom & Family
We both have learned a great deal from Norb. From gardening, the great outdoors, politics and handyman knowledge. He was such an interesting person to know and be around, may he rest in peace. Mark & Donna Skarzynski
