Kevin Lee Ward, 48, passed away Saturday at his home in Chuckey TN.
Kevin's greatest accomplishment was his family, his four beautiful girls Heather, Brittany, Paige, and Natalie. If anyone deserved the title of dad it was Kevin. He was born to be a loving father. He was also a fantastic grandfather and bestowed the same love he gave his daughters onto them.
He was married to Pamela Ward and they shared 28 beautiful years of marriage. He was a loving and devoted husband. His family and friends cherished him; he touched the hearts of everyone who knew him.
He worked so hard no matter the obstacle, he provided for his family.
He loved the beach and always said he'd end up living there. He was an avid disc golfer and took every chance he got to play a course. He was a part of the disc golf community for 26 years.
Kevin was preceded in death by his grandmothers: Thelma Ward and Doris Miller; and his grandfathers: Wilburn Ward and Spencer Miller.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife: Pamela Ward; his children: Heather Salcido and her husband, Ethan Salcido, Brittany Ward and her fiancé, Christopher Belt, Paige Ward, and Natalie Winstead; grandchildren: Layken Salcido, and Christopher Belt; his parents: Wilburn Ward, and Doris Byers; sisters: Lorriane Combs, Ashley Shumate, and April Adams; and close friends: Jeremy Ainsworth, Wayne Grindstaff, and Carl Grindstaff.
