REIDSVILLE BARBARA FERGUSON GROGAN, 86, OF Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Thursday April 23, 2015 at Avante of Reidsville.Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday April 25, 2015 in Reidlawn Cemetery with Rev. Scott Grogan officiating.A native of Forsyth County, she was a daughter of the late Walton E. "Dutch" and Grace Blankenship Ferguson and had lived in Reidsville most of her life. A retired secretary at Monroeton School, she was a graduate of Reynolds High School in Winston-Salem and was a member of New Heights Baptist Church. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers: James Ferguson and William Ferguson both of Mullins, SC and a son-in-law: Art Frazier.Survivors include daughters: Darlene Frazier of Asheville, Patsy Grogan and Deborah Nelson and husband Thomas, both of Reidsville, sons: Darrell Grogan and wife Sandra and Preston Grogan and wife Robin, both of Reidsville, grandchildren: Lisa Klingel and husband Jim, Deanna Revis and husband Jonathan, Rev. Scott Grogan, Lauren Alex Ellis and husband Casey, great-grandchildren: Eli and Sam Klingel , Nate and Parker Revis.A formal visitation will not be held.
