Ernest Dill Obituary
Greenville
Ernest Randall "Ernie" Dill, 56, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 3, 2017.
Mr. Dill was born in Greenville to the late Paul Furman Dill and Betty Jane Ballentine Dill. He retired from the Greenville Country Club and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Ernie loved any kind of sport, and starred for the Mauldin High School baseball team when he was younger.
Surviving are a brother, Larry Dill; two sisters, Paula Jones and Brenda Galloway; a sister-in-law, Bobbie Dill; and three nephews, Rob Dill Jr. and wife Debbie, Marc Jones and wife Kristy, and Scott Dill. He was predeceased by a brother, Michael Dill.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in the mausoleum chapel of Graceland East Cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Connie Maxwell Children's Home, 810 Maxwell Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29646. Fletcher Funeral Service.

ERNIE AND SCOTT WENT FISHING MANY TIMES TOGETHER. ERNIE WAS A A VERY NICE YOUNG GUY WHICH I THOUGHT A LOT OF. ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND POLITE TO ME .SORRY FOR THE LOST OF HIM . HE WILL BE MISS MY ME ALONG WITH MY SON IN LAW MIKE WHO ALSO WAS ALWAYS REPECTED ME AND I MISS HE SO MUCH.
