Frances Waters Obituary
Mrs. Waters was born April 15, 1916, in Aiken County, S.C., daughter of the late William and Leila Watkins Greene. A daughter, Martha Waters and her son-in-law, Ronnie Wagnon also preceded her in death.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol Wagnon, grandson and his wife, Jason Lee and Melissa Burgin, great-grandchildren, Hayley Odell and Courtney McKay Burgin, all of Dalton, Ga.; sister, Mrs. Leila Malone Estes of Anderson; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sunday evening, Nov. 4, 2001, at the chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Mahoney officiating. Private interment services will be in the Graceland Cemetery in Greenville, S.C. Condolences may be sent to the family at [email protected].
