Carolyn Arcino Obituary
Carolyn was born is Sanger and had lived in this area for the past 20 years. Carolyn was retired as a supervisor for Cigna. She was awarded the Lion's International Melvin Jones Award in 2010, Lemoore Citizen of the Year Award for 2002, Lemoore Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year for 2010, Lion's International Humanitarian Award for 1996, 1997 and 1998 and the Chamber of Commerce City of Lemoore Volunteer of the Year for 2010. Carolyn is well liked, admired, respected and loved by her family, relatives, friends and fellow Lions.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Rey Arcino of Lemoore; children, Candy Bowles and spouse Michael of Madera, Ron Arcino/Tammy of Lemoore, Gina Arcino/Dr. Jeff Garcia of Lemoore, Vicky Starr of Lemoore, Nico Arcino and spouse Julie of San Francisco, Michael Arcino and spouse Annette of Clovis; grandchildren, Crystal Smart and spouse Russell of Alabama, Ron Michael Arcino of Lemoore, Nicole Bowles of Madera, Justin Bowles of Madera, Nicolas Arcino of Clovis, Joaquin Arcino of San Francisco; great-grandchildren, Peyton Smart of Alabama, Jace Rey-Michael Huckabay of Madera and Dustin Smart of Alabama. Carolyn was preceded in death by her father, Santiago Montero of Pangasinan, Philippines, her mother; Lois Mexia of Kansas City, Kansas and her stepfather, Pete Mexia of Hawaii.
A memorial service will be held Saturday October 2nd at noon at South Valley Community Church, 1050 West Bush Street in Lemoore.
Friends who wish may contribute to the Lemoore Lions Administrative Fund, P.O. Box 292, Lemoore, CA 93245.
Arrangements are under the direction of Phipps-Dale Funeral Chapel in Lemoore.
