Dear Garrity Family:
As I sat crying at the drive-thru window today, I thought of how Ann would talk to my dogs through the glass and show them the Milkbones she was about to pass to them via the bank drawer. They used to drool all over the outside of the car knowing they were getting a treat from their favorite teller, and Ann used to laugh and laugh at how excited they'd get when they saw her. I can't believe she's gone, and yet I know that God takes all the best ones. My own Mother died last year unexpectedly at 74, and I know she and Ann are about to become the best of friends. She will be missed by all who knew her. What a lovely woman she was.
With heartfelt sadness,
Bonnie

I was extremely saddened today. I just returned from my usual banking ritual, expecting to see Ann's vibrant smile. I did not know her well, just as the friendly, warm woman who I dealt with every couple of days, always happy, always smiling. My condolences to her family as I am sure she was deeply loved.
With some people, you just know that.
