Brenda Davis Obituary

Brenda Ann Davis, 62, of East Hartford, passed away unexpectedly December 4, 2020. Brenda was born in Hartford to the late Robert and Carol (Holmes) Buckley. Brenda graduated from Penney High School and Central Connecticut State University. She loved collecting teddy bears, baking Christmas cookies for her friends and family, and collecting recipes. She was a huge fan of the Red Sox and UConn basketball. Brenda was the beloved wife of Keith Davis for 31 years. Brenda is survived by her husband, Keith Davis of East Hartford, her daughter Shawna Hannon and her husband, Dan of Glastonbury, CT. Her brother, Robert Buckley Jr. and his wife Cindy of Rocky Hill, CT. Several sister and brother-in-laws and nieces and nephews, Her dear friend Ruthie Lacroix of Tolland, CT who she considered a second mother. And of course her Grand Dog, Charlie. Services for Brenda will be held on a later date when all are able to gather. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Brenda's name to Protectors of Animals www.poainc.org/donate or The Jimmy Fund www.jimmyfund.org/Donate.
