On the day I was born, my mother Ida called her younger sister Irene, and said, "I just had your daughter". A lifelong bond was created that day, that has been nurtured and cherished through the ups and downs of my adult life. I am forever grateful to have had such an amazing women to confide and lean on, and mostly importantly to love, especially after the passing of my own mother, 20 years ago. The best gift Aunt Irene has given me, are my cousins and their families, whom I cherish and love. Her spirit and sweet memories will live on in each and everyone of us. Rest in peace, Aunt Irene. Love, Suzanne, Jon, Krista, Mia and Jack.

Ciao Zia Irene.Dall'Italia Roberto De Caro ; Emiddio De Caro ; Gioacchino De Caro & Deanna Manganella
On these occasions you never know what to say ... Any word appears empty of meaning is a pain so great. The memory of people who took care will live forever in our hearts: stronger than any hug, more important than any word ... Bye Aunt Irene. from Italy Roberto De Caro; Emiddio De Caro; Joachim De Caro & Deanna Manganella
