You are remembered in the hearts of the Piper family of Simsbury. You were "the best babysitters" for Elizabeth, Marylee, Michael and Dan. I can see you now riding your bike down Hayes Rd. I just happened upon this obituary in searching for address of your mother.

There are no words to express how sad I am to hear the news of Phil's passing. I know him for his warmth and humor and, even though we lost touch over time, I will miss him. My sincere condolences to the entire Tubach family. Love to you all.
