I just learned of Reed's passing. He was a great influence on my during my time at USU. He was always willing to share everything he knew with us and his insights have proved to be very valuable in my career and life. He will be sorely missed by all that knew him. I am sure he is having a happy reunion with his family and friends on the other side.

A couple of weeks ago, I was at our humanitarian center and they were commenting the quilting machine wasn't working. I thought, "They need Reed Nielson!" He took such great care of that machine for years. That building is like a monument to Reed. He was so instrumental in getting it built and to keep it functioning. It has been such a blessing to the Hyrum Stake, the citizens of Cache County, and people all over the world! Your family should be very proud of the great work he did. Thanks for allowing your father to share his talents with us!!
