Catherine Myers Obituary

CATHERINE W. "KITTY" MYERS, 90, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2006 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A native Houstonian she was born on July 26, 1916, to Earl and Nettie Clare Wilson. Mrs. Myers was a longtime resident of the Heights Area in Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Myers, Sr; parents; and brothers, Morris and Cecil Wilson. Catherine is survived by her son, Bill Myers and his wife, Lauren of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; nieces, Cecile Lambert and Annette Bird; and sister-in-law, Helen Wilson. The family will receive friends from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. on Sunday, August 6, 2006, at Heights Funeral Home, 1317 Heights Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77008. Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m. on Monday, August 7, 2006, in the Chapel of Heights Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery.
