Janet Vrancken , 86, died on April 25 at Brazos Towers, 4141 S. Braeswood Houston Texas 77025. She passed peacefully after many months of slowly declining health.

She was predeceased by her husband Pieter and their two children David and Claire.

Janet and Pieter have been close friends of ours and we will miss them sorely. I had the good fortune to work with Pieter when they first came to the States. He was always a prince and a gentleman, and a renaissance man of the highest order. Janet, being accomplished in her own right, was a perfect match for him. God Bless you both!

I was a docent with Janet and those were the best days! Janet always had a smile and I learned so much from her. I know she will be missed by you, her family.
