My Friend Richard,
I will miss you. We have had some good laughs and late night talks. It's so many of my soldiers have fallin. We always thought we would grow old together. Now since you have your wings, and sitting on the bench. Save a spot for the rest of us soldiers. RIP

When I met Richard I immediately felt welcomed. He was straight forward, and genuine. He taught me that though you can't alway get what you want; once in a while you should do it anyway!!
Life is short and sweet.

Even though you were my father-in-law you always felt like a father to me. I enjoyed spending time with you. Going riding, shining up your cars (I could never get them clean enough for you...lol), and especially our doughnut runs to Krispy Kreme. Your grandchildren, just like me and your sons, always have and always will love you. I know you know this now. I'm glad you finally get to see them from up above. It just hurts me to know that you never got to hold the grandson you always asked me for. He loves cars just like his Grandpa. We love you and we will see you when we get to heaven.
Love, Robert Sr. (your son), Tameka, Jazmine, Amiyah and Robert Jr.

"They call me "Pretty Ricky" that's what they called me!" was your line. I will never forget that. I remember how you would pray for me whenever I called or whenever you saw me. You blessed me every time that you did. I will miss your smile and your slick way of passing out candy to the kids at church so their parents wouldn't see, and then slide me a piece when I didn't need it. I thank the Lord for the opportunity that he gave me to share in your life. You made it! I love ya an ain't a thang you can do about it. See you later.

We go back more than 30 years. Always had a smile and never spoke bad of noone. Guess you're still burning rubber. Even though we hadn't seen or spoken we knew, you knew. Rest my brother, it's been too long, REST.

You touched my life in so many ways, and He will not allow you to be forgotten. You're resting now..and one day You and I shall cruise the roads of Heaven together....I Love You!

Uncle Richard,
Words cannot express what you mean to my family and I. You have enriched our lives more than anyone will ever know. I'll always think of you when I'm at the race track or on the dance floor. We will always love you and miss you greatly!

Hey Man we will miss you. Tried to find you. What the devil meant for evil, God turned into to Good. You're in a better place.
