ROY
Of Elizabeth Twp., died Friday, January 30 2004, age 89. Born December 28, 1914 in Buena Vista; son of the late Bert and Hallie Mayfield Field; husband of the late Elizabeth Pospisil Field; survivors include four daughters, Marian Petruzzi, of Dormont, Donna Geiser, of Elizabeth, Shirley Satterfield, of Mississippi and Elaine Moehring, of Elizabeth, three sons, Roy Field, of Charleroi, Richard Field, of Plum Boro and Bryan Field, of Elizabeth Twp.; a sister, Dorothy Draper, of Wheat Ridge, CO; 20 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. He was retired from J&L Steel Co. in Hazelwood. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII and a member of the Central Highlands United Methodist Church. Friends will be received Sun. 7-9pm & Mon. 2-4 & 7-9pm at RALPH L. JOHNSON FUNERAL HOME, Buena Vista. Service will be held on Tues. at 11am in the Central Highlands United Methodist Church with Rev. William Heaton officiating. Interment in Jefferson Memorial Park Cemetery.
