Still remember those long freezing walks to the #4 train. Back then it was normal. No Uber. No Lyft. Not even a bus pass.

I've know Jack forever and am very saddened at the news. I am sorry I cannot attend the wake as I just had surgery and am in the hospital. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

It has been an honor to know John "Poppy" Clark. He has set a fine example in his life. Thoughts and prayers for you John, and to you Jane.
Anthony, you are so special and your Poppy will always be proud of you.

Jane and Anthony,
The bible is true when it says; "He (God) will wipe every tear from their eyes (That includes your Poppy's). There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
May God bless you both with His comfort and peace,
Dante Avon

I got to know Jack when I was assigned to HIFCA. The amount of experience he had was staggering. I'll never forget our talks during coffee breaks, his witty comments, his tenacity and his care and concern for his family. Rest in Peace, Jack.
