Indianapolis - Charles Spinks passed away 8-5-2018.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 4pm-8pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd., Indpls. Funeral services will take place 11am, Friday, August 10, 2018 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 1401 S. Mickley Ave., Indpls.
