I'm so sorry to hear of Don's passing. I had the pleasure to work with Don for many years here at Roche. He was always helpful and thorough whenever I needed his help with an account. I could count on him to follow though. And I loved his sense of humor! He had a very dry sense of humor that sometimes would catch you off guard - which I think he loved to do. He will be missed. I extend my deepest sympathies to his family and close friends.

I met Don on his first days at Roche training him on deduction resolution and most recently trained him on managing his new territory of government accounts. Don and I got along well as we both have a warped sense of humor. My prayers go to the family and friends.

I had the pleasure to work with Don and get to know him at Roche. He was so intelligent, funny, and always made me laugh with his jokes and stories. More importantly he was always there to help me when I needed him to research or analyze something. We will miss him very much. My prayers go out to his family.

To the family of Don Traub I wanted you to know that I will miss his sense of humor; he was a father that was very proud of his children and often shared stories of their accomplishments with us. He was a fun person to work with and was a very detailed person when it came helping us research issues with our customer's; he will be greatly missed. May the grace of God be with you always. I met you in the summer of 1990 when you helped your sister and I install a ceiling fan in our condo. And that is what I'll always remember about you, your willing to help anyone when help was needed. You were a very giving person and you will be sorely missed.

This all to sudden for me. I could sit here and write the endless amounts of adjectives to describe him. But in the end, he was his own kind of man. I knew and loved him as my Uncle. I still remember him coming out to visit and how much fun we all had. And the last time I saw him when we all got pizza. Good Times. I hope you enjoy your seat up in Heaven next to Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Helen and Uncle Al.

I only knew Don over the phone as one of his company's customers. I spoke with him only a few times a year. However, he was always pleasant and witty on the phone and I was so saddened to hear of his passing. My deepest sympathy goes to his family and friends.

Joe and I hung out with Don quite frequently and considered him one of our dearest friends. His passing leaves a huge hole in our lives. No longer will we “call Don to join us for dinner”, or “call Don to see if he wants to watch the Colts game”. Don's intelligence and knowledge about current events allowed him to converse about any topic. I enjoyed our conversations and when he talked too much, I enjoyed giving him a hard time about it. Don had a great sense of humor and we shared many a good laugh. When we invited Don to dinner at our house, he always insisted on contributing something to the meal. He would frequently bring me the type of wine he knew I liked and we shared it with our meal, discussing its merits as we ate. Don was a good father and would always talk about Emily and Eric, updating us on their lives. It was quite obvious that he was very, very proud of them. He was a fine, upstanding man and a good friend who could be counted on for help with anything. I loved Don very much, but I'm not sure I ever expressed that to him. And now I no longer can. I will miss him very much.

I worked with Don for many years. This seems so unreal. I keep expect to see him getting breakfast in the cafeteria and for him to say something sarcastic and make me laugh. He will truly be missed. May God bless and comfort his children and family at this time.

My memories of Donald go way back to the 1980s and he will surely be missed. Donald and Beth were witnesses at my wedding. He was a very generous man who loved to tinker and build projects. Everything Don did, he did with great precision and intelligence. He loved to use his hands and his mind and could carry on a conversation about most any subject. Donald was a wonderful brother-in-law, father, son-in-law, husband, brother, and friend. Donald was very unselfish and he often took his children, Emily and Eric, on trips to see landmarks in our country. He loved his scotch and enjoyed a good meal. His Catholic faith and Holy Spirit Parish were at the core of his soul. He was so good to my mother in so many ways and would often visit her to hang pictures, do little chores, and help out. Donald really loved his children and his family. My heart aches right now and I miss him. -Your sister-in-law,
