To the Family of Frank, I send my prayers to you. Frank worked with me at IPL from 1986 to 1993. He will be a great friend and co-worker that I will never forget. He left good work and great cornerstones along the way.

Minnie I was just a little girl but I so remember the love you and Frank had for each other and how you loved your children I was only a part of the family for a short time but the memories will never go away I was always happy to see you come visit I know Frank will be missed My heart and prayers go out to you and your family Sorry I could not make it today But I am with you in my thoughts God Bless
