To Kay's family - I will miss Kay so very much this summer during the Indiana State Department of Health's Black and Minority Health Fair. Kay was a tireless volunteer for many, many years with our planning committee and hands-on during the Health Fair for many, many years. We will all miss her smile, her waves to us all and most of all we will JUST MISS HER. Rest in peace dear Lady.
