So, the angels came for him at last. Mr McDowell was and ever will be the most lovable of people. Goodness was his creed and he was faithful to it always. He is now liberated from earth's cares and troubles.I will always remember fondly all of the hours we spent together at Chalfont Playground--scorekeeper and referee. He made the job so much fun. I will miss you Mr. McDowell
