James Harner Obituary
JAMES E., age 90, of Mayfair, on March 1, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Margaret A. Harner (nee Lyons); devoted father of Gail Downs (Terry), Rich Harner, Jana Slocum (Wayne), James P. Harner (Kathy) and Lori Reeves (Larry); brother of Lourine Baird and June Konopka; loving grandfather of Meghan Krajewski (Ed), Cristin and Alicia Downs, Heather and Clay Slocum and Kimberly, Matthew and Jacob Harner; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jim was an Army Veteran of WWII. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Viewing Thursday, 9:30 to 10:30 A.M., at JOHN F. FLUEHR AND SONS INC., 3301-15 Cottman Ave. Funeral Mass, St. Matthew Church, 11:15 A.M. Rite of Committal Resurrection Cem. No Viewing Wednesday eve. In lieu of flowers, contri-butions in his memory may be made to VITAS Hospice Charitable Fund, 1740 Walton Rd., Ste. 100, Blue Bell PA 19422.
