JEFFREY, November 4, 2012, of Mt. Laurel, NJ. Husband of Marjorie Blum. Father of Miriam (Kenneth) Howley and Elliott (Michele) Blum. Brother of Lewis Blum. Grandfather of Rhiane, Dylan, Kenny, Jr., Zoe and TJ. Relatives and friends are invited Tuesday beginning 12:30 P.M. to PLATT MEMORIAL CHAPELS, Inc. 2001 Berlin Rd. Cherry Hill, NJ where funeral services will begin promptly at 1:00 P.M. Int. Locustwood Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the late residence. Contributions may be made to the Blum Fund, c/o Cong. Beth El.

I moved from the area six years ago and was saddened to hear Dr Jeff had died. What a wonderful man. Once I brought my children in for their appt. a day late and was told they were full and could not fit 2 kids in. I understood but my kids didn't and began crying apparently Dr Jeff heard them and said he had never heard kids cry to SEE the dentist and he squeezed us in. That's the man I remember and respected. My condolences to his family.
