Father of Patrick John Cotter, Kelly Anne Clark (Robert), Christine Marie Hartranft (William) and the late Michael Francis Cotter, Jr. Father-in-law of Autumn Cotter. Poppie of many grandchildren. Brother of Mary, Patricia, Kathleen, the late Robert and John. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friend Dolly Long. Michael worked as a police officer for the City of Philadelphia before starting his career as an attorney. He was an avid Phillies fan. Visitation 10A.M. to 11A.M. Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Church of the Incarnation, 240 Main St., Mantua, NJ 08051. Mass 11A.M. at the Church. Int. private.
