I work with Tim and the stories of all the operations and physical hardships he went through were truly amazing. He truly had a strong will to live and provided us with inspiration and a purposeful life. His humility and strength were truly amazing. My sister and I prayed for Bill for several years. I got a chance to have a few lunches with Bill and Tim. He always was positive and never whined. He always made me feel a part of the family, and what a talented and wonderful family he has! Blessings and thank you Bill for being such a great example of the beatitudes in real life.

Yo Dad - well, we made through the whole thing, the death, the viewing, the funeral mass, and the burial. I could not count the number of times people commented on how you lived your life with a positive, cheerful attitude, and a smile! And I know it's true. And I know the many painful things you went through, and somehow you stayed upbeat and nice to others. You were a great example to many, many people. It was a honor to watch you live a good life, and die a good death. I hope heaven has lots of roads and paths for walking mickey the dog and smiling at people. Love, Tim

Hands down!, The nicest person I knew while growing up in King of Prussia. Mr. McCarrick will be in my memory forever.

No one could have had two better fathers than ours! Although they came from different backgrounds and nationalities, in many ways they were alike. To me they were “saints”. They worked long and hard to provide us with our happy childhoods, encouraged us in our educations and religion and set examples for us to pass onto our children.
We could run to them in times of trouble or share the joy of a beer(s) and some good conversation. Oh, and do not forget the bouquet of those Phillie and El Producto cigars. We shared watching the Phillies and Eagle games, trips to Ocean City, the swim club, and the infamous GE picnics ( Inside Joke: “Connie, Mickey needs new underwear”).
They both are now gone but they live on in our hearts, memories and souls. They are around us even more now than their life here on earth and they will continue to watch over us until the end of time.
I love you Mr. McCarrick, you were like a second Dad to me. I’ll miss those blue eyes, the sound of your voice and that killer smile.
