Leonard McCauley

RICHLANDS | Leonard Neale McCauley, age 85, of Richlands, died Nov. 13, 2015, at Vidant Medical Center.
Services will be in Jacksonville, NC. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville. Services in Elkins, West Virginia will be: Visitation from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday and funeral at 3 p.m. at Mountain State Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel in Elkins, West Virginia with the Rev. David Brown officiating.
Mr. McCauley is survived by his wife of the home, Louvenia G. McCauley; three sisters, Lucille Lubawski of Newton Falls, Ohio,
Carolyn Sturgill and Mary DiMarcantonio both of Baltimore, Maryland; three brothers, James C. McCauley of Holly Ridge, Darrel K. McCauley and Delmas Lee McCauley, both of Warren, Ohio; five grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tucker Lee McCauley and Amanda Elizabeth Kimball McCauley, a daughter, Debra McCauley, three brothers, Junior McCauley, Ivan Dale McCauley and Kenny McCauley.
Mr. McCauley is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served during the Korean War and received a purple heart and many
other awards and medals, he was a life time member of Holly Ridge VFW Post 9983 and also a member of the American Legion.
