Hay High School, where he was known for his friendly demeanor and his ability to make anyone
smile. After high school, he entered the workforce with the same determination and work ethic
he carried throughout his life. He started as a paperboy, a job that taught him the value of hard
work and perseverance. As he grew older, Albert's career path led him to become a skilled
landscaper, a creative chef, and a reliable truck driver. His varied career was a testament to his
adaptability and his constant desire to learn and grow. Albert accepted christ as his lord and
savior at an young age. God was the center of his life, he knew who carried and protected him
throughout his life. Family was the cornerstone of Albert's life. He was a devoted son, a loving
father to his daughters Richelle Veasley and Jazmin Glass, and a doting grandfather to his four
grandchildren, Ava, Eddrick, Amiya, and August. His siblings, Cecilia, Keyonia, Emmanuel, and
Greg Rucker, will remember him as a protective and caring brother. Albert's infectious laughter
and warm presence will be deeply missed by his nephews Shannon, Shabazz, Shakur, and
Shamire, and nieces Honesti and Eimani, as well as his extended family and a multitude of
friends. Albert's passions extended beyond his professional and family life. He was an avid
music lover, a hobby that brought him great joy and solace. His love for cooking was evident in
the delicious meals he prepared for family gatherings, where his recipes will be cherished and
passed down for generations. Albert's zest for life was most visible when he was hanging out
with family and friends, where his humor and companionship were the highlights of every
occasion. Those who knew Albert would describe him as loving, funny, and friendly. He had an
unique ability to uplift those around him, a trait that made him loved by all who had the pleasure
of crossing paths with him. Albert was different to every person that he came across. His
relationships with people made him special, he either had a nickname for you or a special
greeting you! Albert would make his presence known in every room
he stepped foot in. Albert's life was his own story, he wrote it just the way he wanted. He did
everything he wanted to do. He didn't let anything hold him back. As we say goodbye to this
amazing man, we take comfort in knowing that his spirit will live on through the memories he
created, the lives he touched, and the laughter he shared. Albert's departure from this world is
not an end but a transition to a place of peace and rest. Now he gets to reunite in heaven with
his favorite cousin peter. We know they up there playing the blues and having a good ole time.
As we celebrate his life, we will always keep his memory alive and keep him close to our hearts.
Albert wouldn't want us to be sad or mourning him too long. He would want us to enjoy life and
live it to the fullest. So with being said, Till we meet again.
