I knew Dennis in Grand Island in the 70s he always was a happy go lucky guy he will be missed. I had a 10 speed bike and Dennis wanted to borrow it for a 20 mile race to Aurora of course Dennis took the lead and got totally winded after 5 miles,That was the way he lived his life.

I played with Link on Sportscasters softball teams 12 years ago or so. I remember him hitting a triple and watching him wheel around to 3rd completely gassed, he was so happy to get back in the dugout for a pinch runner!! You will be missed Link!!

I went to Wayne State with Dennis and everyone loved being around him with his magnetic personality and ever present smile. Years later we would play softball together in Lincoln for many years. He was a great athlete, so dang strong and always had such a positive attitude about everything. All these years later, I still have very fond memories that make me smile and laugh- Once in GI he tried to run through a chain link fence in left field that left him with a bloody laceration above his left eye-and boy did he hear it from Carol as she bandaged him up so he could keep playing. Link you will be missed buddy, RIP!!

Please accept my deepest sympathy. I knew Dennis and Diana when we lived on Dodge St in GI. Before any of us even went to school. My mother was good friends with Laurel. I'm so sorry for your loss,

While in Highschool I played on our GI team with Dennis. He was a totally dedicated player that we all wanted to emulate. While as an upperclassman we weren´t really friends, I always admired him and wish I´d spent the time to know him better. RIP Dennis

I am so sorry for your loss. I was a good friend of Diana and spent many hours at the Linke house. I remember little brother, Dennis and his sport accomplishments. He was a great guy.
